  If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can suggest?
  I get so much lately it's driving me crazy so any assistance is

  After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new
  comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I
  receive four emails with the same comment. Is there a way you
